About the first SBSB MEETUP

On Friday, February 22, in the new office of our company https://sb-sb.com/, we held an effective and highly relevant Meetup with the representatives of the IT sector of the capital.

There was a discussion of the hot topic: “Where and how to save in IT, Digital and High Tech? Legal life hacking”. We discussed the key mistakes of managers and owners in the organization of the company’s structure, working with foreign partners, banks, and, OMG! talked about taxes.

Partner of the company, senior lawyer Vladislav Makarenko, who has been advising SBSB clients on international tax planning for several years, told participants in detail about innovations in tax legislation, pointed out the main business risks that should be considered when doing business abroad.

After the lecture, in the friendly atmosphere of the conversation under a cup of hot coffee with a piece of cake, the participants shared their tax-sensitive places and concerns about future changes in the legislation of Ukraine.

During the meeting participants could ask any questions on the discussed topics and get free advice for their business. We shared practical tricks and secrets that work! Meetup was devoted to the main issues of international tax planning in the IT sphere.
