Daria’s professional focus is international business and the legal support of crypto and fintech projects across multiple jurisdictions. For more than six years, she has worked with cross-border structures, helping companies build sustainable legal models when entering global markets — from company registration and bank account opening to launching fully regulated operational activities.
Today, her practice is fully concentrated on the crypto and fintech sector and covers licensing, digital asset regulation, and the structuring of complex international operations. As part of the SBSB team, Daria has successfully launched over 50 crypto projects in Europe, Asia, and offshore jurisdictions.
She supports clients at all key stages of their projects: advising on the selection of optimal jurisdictions based on regulatory risks and the requirements of banks and payment providers, overseeing licensing processes, building compliance systems, and ensuring businesses are legally prepared for operation and scaling.
At SBSB FinTech Lawyers, Daria leads the crypto practice and manages highly complex regulatory projects, including VASP/CASP licensing, implementation of MiCA requirements, and the launch of crypto exchanges, payment solutions, and Web3 products.
