Yuliya Barabash is the Founder and Managing Partner of SBSB FinTech Lawyers. With over 15 years of professional experience, Yuliya’s expertise has supported the launch and ongoing legal structuring of hundreds of companies across the FinTech, Crypto, and Investment sectors.

Yuliya’s global mission is clear: “I want to restore people’s sense of legal certainty and demonstrate by personal example that fintech, crypto, and gambling businesses can be built transparently, ethically, and responsibly.”

Her client portfolio includes e-money services, neobanks, cryptocurrency and Web3 projects, blockchain companies, VASP providers, crypto startups, DeFi projects, crypto exchanges, brokerage and trading platforms, as well as crowdfunding and investment platforms, digital investment marketplaces, and crowdfunding companies.

Yuliya founded SBSB FinTech Lawyers in 2013 and has played a key role in the firm’s strategic development and international growth, transforming it into a trusted global legal partner for fast-scaling digital businesses worldwide. Under her leadership, SBSB evolved from a boutique law firm into an international legal and consulting group supporting projects in FinTech, Crypto, iGaming, and Investments.
